Ganthers Place is the area located East of Parsons Avenue.  It consists of Whittier, Reinhard and Siebert. From Parsons to Heyl.  We strive to make our neighborhood a cleaner, safer place for you to live.  We have a ZERO TOLERANCE for DRUGS and PROSTITUTION and also for the absentee landlords and owners.  We want to make sure that all residents and visitors are safe and happy when they visit our community.
